1. What this service is

NextUpBooking is an appointment-scheduling platform operated by Liberation Logic LLC ("we", "us"). Independent businesses use it to publish availability and accept bookings from their own clients, each on their own subdomain of nextupbooking.com. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. We are the platform, not the service provider

The appointment itself is an agreement between you and the business you booked with. That business sets its own prices, services, cancellation rules, and deposit policy, and is solely responsible for the work it performs. Questions about an appointment (changing it, cancelling it, a refund, a complaint about a service), go to that business directly.

3. Bookings, deposits, and cancellations

Some businesses require a deposit or card on file to hold an appointment. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and cancellation windows are set and enforced by the business, and are shown to you before you confirm. We process the transaction; we do not set the terms.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact details, and in particular a phone number you control. Do not enter someone else's number. Consent to receive text messages can only be given by the person who owns the number.

5. Text message (SMS) program terms

Program. NextUpBooking sends automated appointment reminders and receipts to clients who opt in when booking with a business that uses the service. NextUpBooking is the sender of these messages. Messages are transactional: appointment reminders and booking receipts. They are never marketing, and are never sent to anyone who has not booked an appointment and opted in.

Consent. You opt in on the booking page, through an optional checkbox that is not checked by default, shown beside this exact wording:

Text me automated appointment reminders and receipts from NextUpBooking about my appointments. Optional. Message frequency varies. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking, of purchase, or of being served. Your booking completes either way. We record the time of your consent and the exact wording you agreed to.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with how often you book. Message and data rates may apply, per your plan with your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored. You receive a single confirmation, then nothing further. The opt-out applies to every business you have booked with through NextUpBooking. Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to resume.

Replying CANCEL stops text messages. It does not cancel your appointment. CANCEL is a carrier-mandated opt-out keyword, so we cannot interpret it as an appointment change. To cancel or move a booking, contact the business directly.

Your number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to harass anyone, to make bookings you do not intend to keep, to probe or disrupt the service, or to access an account that is not yours. We may suspend access for any of these.

7. Businesses using the platform

A business operating on NextUpBooking is responsible for the accuracy of what it publishes, for honoring the bookings it accepts, for having the right to contact the clients it messages, and for complying with the law that applies to it, including TCPA and carrier requirements for text messaging. Consent collected through the platform belongs to the booking relationship and may not be exported for marketing.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, and failures happen. Appointments already booked are unaffected by a temporary outage of the booking page.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Liberation Logic LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, or service quality of a business you booked with.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
